Dr. Mike Fox, Dr. Marty Ivey and Dr. Steve Hurlbert were friendly competitors at Trinity Meadows Racetrack when they decided to join forces. Their partnership became Equine Sports Medicine and Surgery, which in the beginning was simply a supply and billing office in Weatherford, TX, for treatment of the equine athlete. Their vision became our current state-of-the-art equine medicine and surgery facility which opened its doors in September of 2001.

Become a Parker County Arena Member

Anyone can run at any of our races. Optional $50 membership can be paid in order to try and qualify for BONUS Open added money membership side-pot at the December race.
Must place in a D within the Open in order to QUALIFY.
No limit to the number of horses you run for the $50 membership.
Members have until November 30th to Qualify.
There will be year end awards for high money in each D. NO MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED but must attend a minimum of 7 of the 11 races throughout the year.

You will have the option to join when you enter one of our races.
